DO YOU HAVE ANY BRICK AND MORTAR STORES IN THE US?

We do not have Brick & Mortar store. Though you can find us through Pop up stores and various events by checking out our social media for upcoming events participation.

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?

Yes, our platform is fully SSL secured and all credit info is securely processed through integrated Stripe platform. For more information on user privacy,

CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?

Yes, you can contact our Customer Support Team @ 650-256-3151 to place an order. Please note that you will need to confirm the product style #,

size and payment details including billing and shipping address. Once we process the order, you will receive an email notification about your order.

HOW DO I ORDER A GIFT FOR SOMEONE?

DO YOU SHIP TO ME?

We only ship products within US.

I WANT TO RETURN MY PURCHASE! WHAT DO I DO?

We want you to love and be fully satisfied with your Mirasho purchase. You can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. (Returns must be

unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.) Some items ship with an attached tag. Merchandise returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund.
The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to get a pre-paid label by emailing at contact@mirasho.com

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX ON ANY ITEM?

Yes, applicable sales tax will be calculated on the merchandise total and displayed on final orders based on the state to which items are shipped.

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

You can contact us at contact@mirasho.com to let us know which product and size you like. If your size, color, and style become available

you will receive an email from us letting you know that your item is available for purchase. The notification list does not hold an item for you, and it does not obligate you to make a purchase so you are welcome to shop around while you wait. Items are available on a 'first come, first served' basis, so please make sure that you place your order quickly.

WHAT CAN CAUSE MY ORDER TO BE DELAYED?

1. If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.


2. Most of our products are unique and made in the country of origin of raw material so please be patient if your order arrives little late.
